FAQ
How do I bid?
Sign in, open a lot and tap the bid button — the amount is calculated as current price plus one increment. You can also bid several increments at once. A nickname and WhatsApp or WeChat are required before your first bid.
How large is one increment?
Set per lot, 100 baht by default and higher for valuable pieces. It is stated on the lot page. Bids must equal current price plus whole increments; anything else is rejected.
What stops last-second sniping?
Any valid bid within the final 5 minutes pushes the closing time back by 5 minutes, repeatedly. Nobody can steal a lot in the last second as long as you keep bidding.
What do I pay if I win?
Hammer price plus shipping. Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Chinese Mainland and Cambodia ship for a flat 260 baht; elsewhere we quote actual cost before you pay. No add-ons.
What if a winner does not pay?
Payment is due within 48 hours. After that the account is blacklisted from bidding and the lot may be offered to the runner-up.
