Authenticity & Certification
How do you guarantee authenticity?
Every amulet is personally acquired by our Bangkok-based team, with provenance traceable to a specific temple and ceremony. Premium pieces come with Samakom Phra certificates — the leading Thai certification authority — and can be independently verified on their official website. Our guarantee: full refund if not genuine.
What is a Samakom certificate?
Samakom Phra is Thailand's longest-standing and most respected amulet certification association. Each certified amulet has a unique number that can be verified in real time at samakompra.com. It is the most widely recognised certification standard in the Thai amulet community.
Can I verify the certificate myself?
Yes — and we encourage it. Visit samakompra.com/searchmycer/, enter the certificate number, and verify independently without needing to contact us. Independent verifiability is our baseline commitment.
Does the item I receive match the photos exactly?
Yes. Every listing shows real photos of the actual item, matched to a unique identification number. Because amulets are hand-pressed or naturally oxidised, there may be very minor variations in tone — but you will receive the exact piece shown in the listing.
Ordering & Payment
How do I choose the right amulet?
We recommend contacting us via WhatsApp or the site's AI chat to share your intentions (wealth, love, protection, health, etc.) and budget. We'll make a personalised recommendation. Product pages also include detailed descriptions of each piece's merit and purpose.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via Stripe's secure checkout. For other payment methods (PayPal, bank transfer), please contact us via WhatsApp.
Are the amulets consecrated?
Yes. All amulets we carry are officially issued by temples and have been consecrated (Putta Phisek) at a formal Buddhist ceremony by senior monks. The specific ceremony and presiding monk's background are noted on each product page.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do orders ship from and how long does delivery take?
All orders ship from our Bangkok warehouse. Estimated times: Singapore/Malaysia 3–5 business days; USA/Canada 7–12 business days; Australia/New Zealand 7–10 business days. See the full Shipping Info page for all destinations.
Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?
Depending on your country's regulations, import duties or VAT may apply to higher-value parcels. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We declare shipments compliantly and can assist with customs documentation on request.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking number will be sent to your registered email within 48 hours of dispatch. You can also view the tracking link directly from your order page on this site. 17Track.net works for all our carriers.
What if my parcel is lost or damaged?
Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with a complete unboxing video — we will replace or refund unconditionally. If your parcel shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, contact us immediately and we will open a carrier claim on your behalf.
Wearing & Etiquette
Are there rules for wearing Thai amulets?
Reverence matters more than strict rules. General guidelines: keep the amulet clean; remove it when bathing or in intimate situations; wear it above the waist, ideally at chest level; do not mix it with unclean objects; cultivate good intentions — the amulet is a reminder of practice, not a tool.
Can I wear multiple amulets at once?
Yes. Senior Thai collectors commonly wear several at once. A complementary combination — for example one for protection and one for prosperity — is more purposeful than doubling up on the same intent. The key is wearing them with respect rather than treating them as accessories.
Can non-Buddhists wear Thai amulets?
Absolutely. Many non-Buddhists wear Thai amulets for their cultural or artistic significance — this is common even in Thailand. What matters is respecting the cultural background and not treating them dismissively. Faith is personal; reverence is universal.
