3. Orders and Payment

• Prices are listed in CNY or USD; the final billing currency is shown at checkout
• Payments are securely processed by Stripe — we do not store your card details
• Submitting an order constitutes a binding agreement; we will arrange shipment as soon as possible
• If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock or other reasons, we will issue a full refund and notify you

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Items ship from Thailand with international delivery to most destinations worldwide
• A tracking number and link will be provided by email after dispatch
• Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, typically 7–21 business days
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or other force majeure events

5. Authenticity Guarantee

All amulets sold on this platform are authentic, sourced directly from Thai temples or authorized channels. If you dispute the authenticity of an item, you may request third-party verification — see our Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform (including text, images, trademarks, and product descriptions) is protected by copyright. Reproduction or commercial use without authorization is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Merit Messenger is not liable for: indirect losses arising from use of the platform; compensation exceeding the amount you actually paid; or failures and errors of third-party services such as shipping or payment providers.
