Refund Policy

1. Core Principle

Merit Messenger guarantees the authenticity of all items sold. If a product has a quality issue, we will process returns or exchanges unconditionally.

2. Eligible Cases for Return / Exchange

  • Shipping Damage: Item was damaged or broken during transit
  • Wrong Item Sent: Item received does not match the order
  • Authenticity Dispute: Dispute over the item's authenticity (third-party verification process required)

3. Requirements to Apply

  • Application must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt
  • A complete unboxing video must be provided as evidence (recorded continuously from intact outer packaging through the point of discovering the issue)
  • Items must be in original condition with no man-made damage

4. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Return requests based on personal preference, feng shui, or other subjective reasons
  • Items seized by customs or unable to clear import restrictions
  • Applications submitted after the 48-hour window
  • No unboxing video available

5. After-Sales Process

  1. Within 48 hours of receipt, contact customer service via WhatsApp or email with your order number and unboxing video
  2. After review, customer service will advise on the resolution: reshipment, exchange, or refund
  3. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 3–7 business days
