1. Core Principle
Merit Messenger guarantees the authenticity of all items sold. If a product has a quality issue, we will process returns or exchanges unconditionally.
2. Eligible Cases for Return / Exchange
- Shipping Damage: Item was damaged or broken during transit
- Wrong Item Sent: Item received does not match the order
- Authenticity Dispute: Dispute over the item's authenticity (third-party verification process required)
3. Requirements to Apply
- Application must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt
- A complete unboxing video must be provided as evidence (recorded continuously from intact outer packaging through the point of discovering the issue)
- Items must be in original condition with no man-made damage
4. Non-Eligible Cases
- Return requests based on personal preference, feng shui, or other subjective reasons
- Items seized by customs or unable to clear import restrictions
- Applications submitted after the 48-hour window
- No unboxing video available
5. After-Sales Process
- Within 48 hours of receipt, contact customer service via WhatsApp or email with your order number and unboxing video
- After review, customer service will advise on the resolution: reshipment, exchange, or refund
- Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 3–7 business days
