Ancestral Offering Service (Standard)

Each unit is one sealed package containing gold joss paper ingots (yuanbao), silver joss paper ingots and spirit money. The package is burned sealed and is not opened. Each unit covers four steps: your ancestor's name and your own name are written on the outside of the package; the package is brought into the temple and the recitation is completed before the Buddha; as burning is not permitted inside the temple, it is then taken to a designated site nearby and burned; the whole process is recorded, with separate footage of the recitation and of the burning, sent to the email address you provide at checkout. The names are written on the outside of the package and are clearly visible in the footage. One unit covers one ancestor. To make offerings for several ancestors, or to send more for the same ancestor, simply increase the quantity. Each unit is written, burned and documented separately. At checkout you will be asked for: the ancestor's name, your own name, your relationship to them, and an optional message. Names are written exactly as you enter them, without correction. If you use rare or variant characters, please tell us, so that nothing is mis-transcribed. Orders are usually completed, with the footage delivered, within 2 days; this may take longer around holidays. Offerings booked for Hanyi Festival or the Winter Solstice are carried out on the festival day itself. This is a service performed on your behalf. Nothing is shipped, and no shipping fee applies.
