Who was Khun Mae Boonruean?
Khun Mae Boonruean is one of the most revered women lay practitioners of modern Thailand. She spent her life in meditation, and Thai devotees speak of the depth of her concentration. Little is recorded of her teachers, but Wat Awut Wikasitaram remains the centre of devotion to her. Many Thais regard her Phuttho Noi as the most responsive amulet for making a wish, and first-batch pieces are scarce and long sought by collectors.

FAQ
Q: How do I know it is the first batch, medium mold?
A: The Thai Buddha Image Admiration Association formal certificate states "พระพุทโธน้อยคุณแม่บุญเรือน รุ่นแรก พิมพ์กลาง" and B.E. 2494, No. D04650, barcode GJ04-B0B5B, and can be checked through the QR code on the card.
Q: Are Phuttho Noi, Phut Noi and Puttho Noi the same thing?
A: Yes. They are different spellings of the Thai "พุทโธน้อย", little Buddha.
Q: Can I wear an earth amulet every day?
A: Yes, it is sealed in its case. Earth dislikes long soaking and knocks, so take it off for bathing, swimming and sport.
Q: Who is it suited to?
A: Anyone with a wish they are working toward, those hoping for a settled and comfortable life, and collectors of Khun Mae Boonruean and Wat Awut pieces.
Q: Why do I request first and pay later?
A: This piece is held by a partner supplier rather than in our Bangkok stock. So that nobody pays for a piece that has already gone, we confirm with the supplier first and reply by email within 24 hours. If it is available, the email includes a payment link valid for 24 hours.
