What is the Luang Pu Liew Jao Sua wealth turtle (Rian Tao Ruean Luang Pu Liew Run Jao Sua)?
The wealth turtle (พญาเต่าเรือน / Phaya Tao Ruean) is the signature practice of Luang Pu Liew Pannako (หลวงปู่หลิว ปณฺณโก). In Thai belief the turtle stands for long life, stability and a secure household; his turtle-shaped amulets carry an image on the shell and a yantra underneath.
"เจ้าสัว" (Jao Sua) comes from the Teochew Chinese word for a tycoon, and Thais use it for self-made business magnates. This batch carries a tycoon figure on the shell, standing for strong backing, helpful patrons and lasting family wealth.

Who was Luang Pu Liew?
Luang Pu Liew was born in B.E. 2448 (1905) to a farming family in Ratchaburi and ordained in B.E. 2475. He learned the full turtle practice from Luang Phor Yorn of Ratchaburi and was also known as a herbal healer. He spent most of his monastic life at Wat Rai Taeng Thong in Nakhon Pathom and passed away in B.E. 2543 (2000). His wealth turtles are famous across Thailand, and because they are so well known, copies are common, so collectors place great weight on association certification.
