About Wat Bang Khlan

Wat Bang Khlan (วัดบางคลาน, also known as Wat Hirunyaram) is located in Pho Thale District, Phichit Province, Thailand — the home temple of the wealth saint Luang Phor Ngern (หลวงพ่อเงิน).

The Wealth Saint Luang Phor Ngern

Luang Phor Ngern (1808–1919, said to have lived to about 111) bore the Dharma name "Ngern," meaning "money / silver" in Thai — an ultimate symbol of wealth. He is famous for his cast "LoopLor" self-image figurines, prized by the Thai business community, believed to bring prosperity, thriving trade, and safety from danger.

A Classic of Thai Wealth Devotion

Wealth objects transmitted through Wat Bang Khlan under Luang Phor Ngern are among the most classic and sought-after of Thai wealth amulets, treasured by devotees in Thailand and among overseas Chinese communities.
