What is the Luang Phor Ruay promotion bracelet (เลสข้อมือหลวงพ่อรวย รุ่นเลื่อนสมณศักดิ์)?
"เลส" is the Thai name for a bracelet with a name plaque, and "เลื่อนสมณศักดิ์" means promotion in ecclesiastical rank. In B.E. 2559 Luang Phor Ruay Pasadiko (หลวงพ่อรวย ปาสาทิโก), abbot of Wat Tako (วัดตะโก) in Ayutthaya, was granted the title Phra Mongkhon Sitthachan (พระมงคลสิทธาจารย์), and the temple issued a set of commemorative pieces. This bracelet is one of them.
"รวย" (Ruay) means "rich" in Thai, and Luang Phor Ruay's amulets have long been known for attracting wealth; many Thai business people wear them every day.
