About Wat Tako

Wat Tako (วัดตะโก) is located in Phachi District, Ayutthaya Province, Thailand, and became famous nationwide through the contemporary wealth master Luang Phor Ruay Pasadiko (หลวงพ่อรวย ปาสาทิโก). It is one of the most popular wealth-pilgrimage sites in recent years.

Home Temple of a Leading Wealth Master

Luang Phor Ruay's Dharma name "Ruay" means "rich" in Thai, seen by devotees as an extremely auspicious symbol of wealth. Known for his strict discipline and compassion, his wealth amulets are sought after by the Thai public and business community alike, making Wat Tako one of contemporary Thailand's most renowned wealth sites.

The Legend of the Incorrupt Body

After Luang Phor Ruay's passing in 2017, his body was found not to have decayed when the coffin was opened, and is now enshrined in the Mahathat Pasathiko pagoda at the temple for devotees to venerate — adding to Wat Tako's devotional legend.
