Luang Phor Tim Issariko was born in B.E. 2422 (1879 CE) in Rayong Province. From childhood, he displayed profound Buddhist affinity and studied scriptures and meditation under local elders. In B.E. 2449 (1906 CE), Luang Phor Tim ordained at Wat Laharn Rai, dedicating himself to ancient sacred formulas and meditation, studying under multiple renowned Thai masters. He gradually developed his unique sacred object creation methods, and his amulets' efficacy became renowned throughout Southeast Asia. ปิดตา (Closed-Eye Amulet) is one of Luang Phor Tim's most celebrated sacred object series. The closed-eye form originates from Buddha's meditative posture, symbolizing inward wealth concentration and absence of external craving. In Thai folk belief, ปิดตา is regarded as the supreme tool for wealth attraction and preservation, with the powder material being especially distinguished, as its multiple sacred powder components grant deeper spiritual potency. In B.E. 2563 (2020 CE), Wat Laharn Rai specially produced this batch of พระปิดตานะเศรษฐี (Wealth God Closed-Eye Amulets), with ceremonies presided by Luang Phor Tim's lineage disciples, crafted by traditional methods with pressed sacred powder. Limited in quantity, each amulet comes with original temple certificate, guaranteeing authenticity. Luang Phor Tim maintained strict precepts throughout his life, practicing compassionate service. His sacred objects have repeatedly achieved high prices in international auction markets and are treasured by amulet collectors worldwide.
