What is the Luang Pu Tim Khun Paen small mold, Block Song (พระขุนแผนหลวงปู่ทิม พิมพ์เล็ก บล็อกสอง)?
Phra Khun Paen (พระขุนแผน) is named after Khun Paen, the handsome, brave and much-loved general of Thai folk legend, which is why Khun Paen amulets are worn above all for charm, popularity and attraction. The Khun Paen of Luang Pu Tim (หลวงปู่ทิม) of Wat Lahan Rai (วัดละหารไร่), Rayong, are the most famous and most valuable line of Khun Paen amulets in Thailand.
"พิมพ์เล็ก" means small mold, and "บล็อกสอง" means the second block, i.e. the second die cut for that mold. Collectors separate the blocks because details and prices differ. The association certifies this piece as the small mold, second block, in sacred powder, made around B.E. 2516–2517.

Craftsmanship
The classic pointed, house-shaped Khun Paen outline, in a clear waterproof case. The front shows the Buddha seated on a lotus base beneath an arch and halo, with ornaments on both sides and a reclining figure along the bottom. The back carries crossed elongated loops forming a yantra (ยันต์), with sacred syllables below. The powder is dry and slightly sandy, pale yellow with scattered dark specks, all natural signs of an old powder amulet. The photo on the association certificate matches this piece in outline, relief and the position of its specks.
FAQ

Q: How can I verify the certificate?

Q: What is Phrai Kuman powder?
A: Phong Phrai Kuman (ผงพรายกุมาร) is one of Luang Pu Tim's most famous sacred powders. According to the supplier, he made it only once in his life and this Khun Paen batch includes it; the certificate itself states only "เนื้อผง" (sacred powder) and does not list ingredients.

A: This piece is held by a partner supplier rather than in our Bangkok stock.
